Inspect yard for proper upkeep and irrigation
Interior walk around inspection
Run all taps, flush all toilets
Check that any maintenance services you've hired out are being completed
Insure that all utilities are functioning
Exterior walk around inspection
Pick up all mail, flyers and papers

When you arrive to The Yucatan..

We will pick you up in a chauffeur-driven vehicle at the airport and we will drive you to your Yucatan home.
Your Vacation home will be waiting for you, completely cleaned and aired.
Fresh flowers and a welcome pack of essential groceries and toiletries will be waiting for you, exactly the way you´ve asked for.
Freshly laundered towels and linen will be ready.
The beds will be made up.
The water will be ready for that relaxing shower after your long journey to The Peninsula.
The air conditioning will be on, depending on the season, (April- August)
All electrical appliances will have been given a final check, so you have everything perfectly working.
Patio furniture will be put out.

When you leave The Yucatan

Our Property Care Manager will drop by to make sure that all your electrical appliances, including air conditioning, and all appliances , have been switched off. Your fridge, dishwasher and washing machine will be checked and the doors left open.
Your outdoor soft furnishings will be brought inside.
Your property will be checked to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked
We'll collect and launder all your towels and linen.
Your property will be given an essential clean.
